Kairos Academy (KA) is a leadership and discipleship school for youths (Y7-11) of His Story Church, founded in 2022 by Pastor Joshua Park. He carried a vision of raising a young generation of spiritually grounded and practically equipped leaders who can impact the nations.

 

Inspired by figures in the Bible like Daniel and Joshua, KA challenges students to rise up in faith and character, living out their calling with excellence in the context of spiritual community. Holding onto the motto “The Next is Now”, KA affirms that students don’t need to wait until adulthood to be used by God – in fact, He is calling them and shaping them today.

 

KA operates on a term-based model aligned with the Australian public school holidays, offering three unique trips each year during Easter, Winter, and Spring breaks. Each trip includes a Preparation Phase (training and administration), a Field Phase (local or overseas mission), and a Return Phase (debrief and reporting). 

 

The globe becomes KA’s classroom, as students are immersed in real-life ministry and leadership experiences that stretch their faith, build their character and sharpen their vision. 

 

Each KA trip is carefully thought out to challenge students to a global perspective. Parents are also actively engaged throughout the process to support their child’s growth during these precious years of formation.
